The scenic trails and beautiful atmosphere make it a lovely place for families and friends to gather. Some note the water can be chilly, suggesting wetsuits for longer stays.
"Unique water park for the outdoor sports folks. Enjoyed watching others navigate the rapids."

"I loves this place! While we have duckies to float, the water was a little chilly to spend much time in without wetsuits (which we did not bring on this trip). There is an excellent put-in for small boats, and you can run at least six play ways. The first two are a little strong, but I would not consider any of them dangerous. Would love to know if anyone is body surfing, or swimming them. Looks like a great place to train. Ride the water to the end, and have a short walk back."
