What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Valley Spur Trails, particularly praising the excellent maintenance and variety of terrain suitable for all skill levels. Many highlight the peaceful forest setting and the fun, challenging aspects of the technical loops. While generally loved, some might find the easier trails less engaging if they are seeking extreme technicality.
"Easy to find trailhead with clean outhouses. They are big enough to change it. I only rode 15 miles of the trail but what I rode was maintained. It was not technical but alot of climbing with rewards of fun descents."

"As an inexperienced single track bike rider I loved these trails which I actually rode on a gravel bike. They are extremely well maintained, smooth (minimal rocks or roots), with gentle elevation changes, lots of twists and turns in a beautiful forest setting. The peacefulness of the trails was stunning. The Just Beechy loop was our favorite. It took under 2 hours. We rode there twice. Huge parking lot. You can pull in with an RV. Clean bathroom. Highly recommend for a fun outing."

"Fantastic 🤩 Brilliant 🤩
Great fun 🥳
A very well designed and well marked challenging bike trail🚲 through the woods.
It has everything; whoops, jumps, hairpin turns, berms, tight passages between trees, rocks, roots, smooth, straight runs, switchbacks, climbing hairpin turns, descending hairpin turns. The only thing I can think of that it's missing is a 🌊 water crossing.
It was so much fun. It brought me back 35 years to my days of hair scrambles and Motocross racing.
I did the buckthorn loop. There are several places where you can bail and take the road back to the trailhead if you want.
It was a great afternoon! 😃"
