What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Yudicky Farm for its extensive and varied trail system, making it a fantastic spot for mountain biking and hiking. The scenic pond and natural beauty are also highly appreciated. However, a recurring point of feedback is the inconsistent trail marking and lack of readily available maps, which can make navigation challenging. The dog park's access requirements also require advance planning.
"It is a fantastic place to mountain bike. I give it 4.5 stars. It has trails for all skill levels. The only problem is that things are not marked well enough and maps of the area are few and far between.
It would be nice to know how to go. And which direction it is best to travel. The single track is fun, but watch for people going the other way.
A portable toilet is in the parking lot by the ball filed, which is a plus.
Also, many other trails head off from here, including the Nashua River rail trail.
The trail system is vast, full of variety, and so much fun for mountain biking."
Raymond Gordon
"This is a lovely place. Hiking, walking, fishing, biking, running, strollers. Trail is available around the lake as well."
Cheyenne The Pope of Mope & The BiPolar Bear
"This is a super place for biking and hiking. The trails are well marked, though I did not find a map of the trail system posted near the parking lot or along the trails. It would have been nice to see an overview of everything. I was there on a weekday, and it was not very busy - I can imagine it does get quite busy on the weekends. These are good trails for walking your dog as well. Note the dog park which is on the property is locked and you will not be able to get in. Apparently, you have to make arrangements in advance to get a code to use the dog park. And one person I talked to told me they do check on who is in the dog park and may cite you if you don't belong. And no one would let me and my dog in. Seems a bit extreme to me, but maybe there is a good reason - who knows."
