What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for Mount Olivet Funeral Home and Cemetery highlight exceptional compassion and professionalism during difficult times, with staff praised for their kindness and guidance. However, some customers have reported significant issues with follow-through on promised services, such as unfulfilled footstone installations and unanswered communication, leading to frustration.
"Compassionate and caring during funeral and burial process but that seems to be where the compassion and caring ends. Included footstone in funeral package but it has been almost 5 months since funeral and still no footstone or communication regarding footstone. Was told the day of funeral I should receive a proof to sign off on with in a few days. Again it has been almost 5 months, no proof or stone and repeated calls, voicemails and emails have gone unanswered. They do a great job upfront but follow through is very much lacking."
