Reviews Summary

Fritse Park is praised for its significant improvements over the years, offering beautiful scenery and great photo opportunities, especially along the Tressel Trail bridge. Visitors appreciate the accessible kayak launch and rental facilities, as well as the thrilling sledding hill in winter. However, some note a strong odor from the water near the kayak ramps and that restroom facilities could use an update.

"I hadn't been to this park for years and went for that ridiculously long slide on the hill.

The park is so much nicer than just 6 or 7 years ago.

We took a walk on the bridge, looked around on the slide side of things. I was able to enjoy a few different birds while we were there.

The park is clean and beautiful and there are a great many spots for taking pictures too."

Amy Helwig

"We actually went to the kayak ramps. The ramps themselves were awesome to use. But the smell from the water was horrendous. It was so bad right were the ramps are located. Once you get away from the area it's not bad, you just need to really clean your kayaks afterwards or deal with the smell in your garage or storage area."

Heidi Milner

"Very beautiful park and bridge evn though my dog pooped on it. Don't worry, I cleaned it up"
