What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors find Harmonist Cemetery a unique and peaceful site, particularly appreciating the free entry and the symbolic Harmonist Labyrinth. While some note areas needing maintenance and limited nearby dining, the overall sentiment is positive for those seeking a quiet, reflective experience and a glimpse into historical communal living.
"This is an interesting site. Indiana claims it as historical because of when it was erected but sadly they don’t keep it up very well. I literally made the trip for the two labyrinths. Was it worth it…. maybe. But if you’re ever in the area and have an hour or so definitely stop by!"

"It's a cool little spot to visit and walk through the labyrinth. I love the symbolism and enjoyed exploring the labyrinth. It very well kept up and clean. Open 24/7 and completely free."
Stefani Inkenbrandt
"This was a neat experience. Love that it is free to enter. The kids did enjoy it. My youngest, who is 47 inches tall, was just short enough that we couldn't see him in between the rows. I took a star away because it seems to not be maintained much. There were small metal gate/fence pieces all over the place, like someone had intended to either install or repair them or something and just never did.
The paths themselves were ok, mainly dirt. A small stroller might fit through it. There was plenty of parking for probably about 8 vehicles. The entire town has a quietness to it, and you can feel that here. It's worth stopping to check out if you're going to be nearby."
