"I love this trail so much, especially during the summer, I have been going to it since I was a kid and it is not well known so it is very peaceful!! There is even a secret waterfall sometimes after it has heavily rained. It is a bit overgrown but I think that is what makes it so gorgeous !! if you see the wooden plank it is on a side trail that is hard to find near the waterfall"

"This was an unexpectedly interesting trail it was very beautiful had some history to it and it had a nice river I seen people kayaking down and it looked like they were having fun although I would have to say that you might have to choose your days wisely because the day we went was I believe a weekend and it was packed I mean there was people taking pictures for the holidays on it there was a tour guide Don't know what that one was from but there was a group of people touring the place there was couples walking the trails it was very beautiful again it was very interesting to go through the tunnel. I'd have to say the trail consists of several different challenge levels depending on where you hike."
Wesley Robb
"This trail was a little confusing to find but was worth the effort. It has the canal lock, towpath, the train tunnel and trails that take you to some interesting rock formations with views of the Licking River and the Black Hand Gorge trail on the other side of the river."
