"Me, my husband and a friend left from Lawton to a turkey trot event here at the T-bird casino, which was exciting for us. Everything was going fine and til the events started. We were table 19 and we were playing trivia and we were doing awesome. No one knew each other at our table, but we made friends quickly. Two Navy vets in our group. A 85 yr old and 65 yr old. Well our group was doing great and we hadn't missed any question except for one. Question was What is the name of the famous Thanksgiving parade. We got disqualified because of a small technicality, we said Macys. Which was correct. But we didn't write it out in full. (Maseys thanksgiving parade) But we missed it by not writing it down in full. She didn't say we had to be specific. So our table got very upset. She should of explained herself from the beginning.This was very unfair and it disappointed a lot of your casinoers. After we left people started coming out of there complaint. People were saying that she played favorites with another table. Oh well, disappointment was heard. I was disappointed in the food and the servers. And I never got a chance to sample the desert table. There were people with like 5 pieces of desert on the plate and going back for 2nds and 3rds. We walked out so dissatisfied, but I ended up spending and losing like $500. So it makes me wonder why the employee that ran the event couldn't be more professional. And I as alot of others drove almost 2 hours because I was called to join you and considered a VIP GUEST!
HATS OFF TO THE STAFF AT THE PLAYERS CLUB. THEY DID GREAT AND EXPLAINED TO THE ONES THAT HAD NEVER BEEN, WHAT TO DO. I STILL LIVE THE CASINO BUT IN A SENSE, WE NEVER HAD A CHANCE WITH HER. And just for your events planner, round tables were not good for this event. Square long tables would of been better and you could of fit more in the room. Thank you for the invite tho. I still like your casino. And games."

"If you're a big spender don't even worry about attending their "VIP" parties. I showed up later in the evening and they only had a contest where you needed to be physically able-bodied to play (musical chairs). I thought it would be like their Halloween party everyone has an equal chance. Who even thought this was a good idea? On top of that, no food was available and they give you 2 tickets for alcohol, which I don't drink. What a waste of a drive."
