"I scheduled a tour with my husband for a date night. He loves Irish whiskey. We arrived a little before our tour to have some cocktails. I ordered the strawberry lemon drop and it was delightful. He ordered the cinnamon old fashioned. He liked it and I tasted it and really liked it too. Adam walked us through the tour and gave a very detailed history on the master distiller and her husband. We learned and walked through their process of making their spirits. We finished off with a tasting and Adam shared more history and background on each spirit. It was a great tour! I'd recommend anyone to do it. It was really cool to see all the bits of history and tradition that they tied into their location and their product. All of the employees were very nice and inviting. They all know a lot about their product and have great recommendations. We will definitely be back, just wish there were more food options."
