The wall contains 9 paintings by 12 talented artists , each painting tells a story about the struggle and the culture of Palestine and the Palestinian people. Each painting tells a different story about the struggle and the beautiful culture of Palestine. There is a telephone number under each painting which you can call and hear an audio message explaining the painting. The trees in each painting represent the Oak trees which are famous in Oakland and also considered a symbol of the Palestinian culture.

The owner of the car shop opposite of the wall is a nice old lady who takes care of the wall and the visitors, just pass by the car shop and ask her to tell you her story when she visited Palestine and why she decided to build the wall."
