What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the incredible, breathtaking panoramic views from the Topanga Lookout, calling it a peaceful and well-worthwhile stop. The scenic drive through the canyon is also a highlight. Some note the lack of amenities like restrooms and the need for caution with traffic cameras.
"Views were INCREDIBLE.
Took a drive to Calabasas and made sure to ride up through the south side of the canyon (route 27) from Malibu.
Happened to see the overlook while passing through and had to stop for a quick second. Ended up staying longer and having a peaceful moment with the wife.
Well worth it. 🏔️"

"Great view, surrounding public parking spaces, I kindly advise caution when heading to the main spot since the stop sign when exiting has a camera that would ticket/charge if running the stop sign/not being careful. Other than that best times usually can be both Day/Night, favorite part is night since the environment has the calming scene, unfortunately there would be little/few stars to see due to LA.'s notorious/extreme light pollution, however still it's breathtaking & mainly free to visit."

"The park is not large but parking is easy. Its scenery is not as spectacular as that of the Los Angeles Observatory, and a bathroom is needed."
