What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the stunning natural beauty and diverse hiking trails within Topanga State Park, with many highlighting the rewarding views from spots like Topanga Lookout and Parker Mesa Overlook. "Main entrance closed due to wildfires, but we were able to hop on the trail via dead horse lot. Gorgeous hike! We spent about 4 hours. Crossed a cool little bridge (would've been amazing to see the "river" during the rainy season!). No water features, but the punch bowls I wanted to hike were too far for this trip. Gorgeous views, nice little elevation change. Tons of lizards, too! I probably won't do this hike again, but I'm glad we got a chance to see the views!"
Shawna Brown
"The Topanga canyon side of the trails are open! It's beautiful as always. Tippet ranch parking lot is under construction but the trails are accessible from the dead horse parking lot and entrada road via 92 trial."
Chang Shu
"My favorite place in the whole wide world for trail running and hiking. You can actually run from the valley to the sea. Best day ever."
