Reviews Summary
Reviews for One Court Square and its immediate vicinity highlight mixed experiences. While the area is a crucial transit hub and sees modern development, some visitors have encountered issues with customer service at local financial institutions. However, classic establishments like the Court Square Diner receive positive mentions for their atmosphere and food.
"Clifford was able to assist me with helping me get my credit card fees waived unlike the multiple representatives that I attempted to talk to via call and on the app that didn’t allow me to waive the fees. I really appreciate Clifford’s assistance especially now that the holidays are coming and we’re in a horrible recession."

"Used the ATM. ATM had a digital display saying it had 10s, 20s, and 100s available. I went thru the prompts to withdraw $1,000. At no point did it give me options to select $20s nor did it alert me that 20s weren’t an option. It just dispensed 100s which are of no use to me (I specifically needed 20s)… this seems highly unethical if not unlawful (false advertising?)"

"This has to be the absolute worst Citibank branch in NYC. For such a professional and convenient location, not sure how the management onboards employees but the staff here are extremely incompetent. The teller (Melissa I think is her name) is unhelpful, came here three times and each time she was not welcoming or knowledgeable. Instead, she turns you away as if she doesn't have the time of the day, rather than providing customer service. Came to this branch multiple times for the same issue and each time they reassured us it was resolved just to find out it wasn't properly remediated. This location could have been great for LIC folks, disappointing!"
