Set off on a walk to the lake and just kept walking all the way to the ocean—about a three mile round trip. Was a beautiful spring day alive with birdsong and blooming flowers. Just loved it. Plenty of spots to rest along the way. Had a good time birdwatching as well. Highly recommend to all who love to walk and breathe deep."

"Great trail beautiful beach axis currently closed going to the beach. Halfway on the bridge is burned as of today, January 26, 2024.
There is a detour route just passed the bridge and go straight and follow the signs and eventually takes you back to the trail"
