Communication is horrible as to how to locate your guide.....the "agent" on the phone was so RUDE AND NASTY! What was supposed to be an hour tour ended up being 30 minutes and we left late.... incredibly unprofessional. Our guide couldn't answer any questions and the owls we did see were pointed out by a passing by guide not ours. A couple good pics and $536.00 later, I feel so bummed and ripped off 😞"
