I feel if u build next to the ocean you must make a beach access on the left or right of ur property& give at least 2 parking stalls for the people! It's easy why is it not inthe maui County rules of /under Beach front owners must donate.Please stop taking away diving& fishing spots sunset times, ,meditation spots from the people & visitor?
