"My husband and I had our engagement photos done here over two years ago. Washington state park will always be special to us. It is such a beautiful place. The staff keep everything super clean and all the plants look very loved. They have a cute nursery you can purchase plants on certain days. I love the beach with all the coquina that is right there too. This is one of Floridas hidden gems! A must see in Flagler county. Great place to picnic and playground for kids. Adorable gift shop with locally made items. This is a great representation of old Florida with all the live oak hammocks. On the beach you can catch sites of dolphins, stingray, octopus, and manatee. It’s also a great place for shelling. Make sure you check the tide pools before going. There’s also a beautiful owl that lives in the live oaks."

"Beautiful Saturday Morning stroll with my family! Pleasantly welcomed by the nice lady at the gate. Went early at 8am to avoid the Summer heat which was expected to get up to 90 degrees by 11am. They had me at the rose garden, everything else was icing on the cake. Quiet playground for the kids as well. And went to the beach after the playground. Awesome morning!"

"Beautiful place for a nice, quiet visit. The gardens were beautiful. The gift shop was closed unfortunately so we didn't get to visit there. You can buy plants there apparently but not the day we went. So pretty, lots of information to learn and beauty to look at."
