"We've been members at Vina Robles for four years, and always cherish the opportunity to visit whenever we're in town. The new tasting space is great -- an open, industrial feel that is a neat departure from the aesthetic a lot of Paso wineries are going for. Kacia was a tremendous server -- knowledgeable, funny and immensely hospitable. Loved the library tasting which was a vertical spread of their Suendero red blend. We also had the opportunity to try another library wine (2011 petit verdot) and are headed home with a couple bottles (and also a case of their 2023 viognier). We wish we could visit more often and are looking forward to being members for years to come!! Thanks Kacia for a great visit!!"

"I honestly don’t think this place deserves the 4.7-star rating it has. My visit was quite the letdown, especially considering all the high praise and excitement surrounding it. We opted for the limited edition wine tasting, which was $40 per person—definitely the most expensive option. I went in with high expectations, but unfortunately, none of the five wines I tasted impressed me.
To be completely honest, I couldn’t even finish two of the wines—they were just undrinkable. I ended up tossing them out, something I’ve never done at a tasting before. The others weren’t much better; they tasted like a harsh, sugary fireball shot, and I couldn’t get through them either.
I really wanted to enjoy the experience, especially with the reputation this place has. But for me, the wines just didn’t live up to the hype or the price. I understand taste is subjective, but I left feeling disappointed and, frankly, a bit frustrated.
It’s unfortunate because the location is lovely, and the staff was friendly. But when it comes to the wine, I can’t say I’ll be back or recommend it to anyone."
