Grand Canyon Skywalk is the biggest rip off I have ever experienced
You gotta wait 45+ minutes in heat of 90+ degrees (they couldn’t be bothered to put fans for their customers) and then to add insult to injury they charged $70 per person for an average view. To top it off they will not allow you to take pictures because they want you to buy…

Sky Walk at Grand Canyon
Posting as a heads up. I just got back from Vegas, had an amazing time and so thrilled to visit the Grand Canyon. It was everything. I paid the $20 USD for the skywalk but when I went out on the platform the laminate/adhesive they put down on the glass was so scratched you…
West Rim Question
I will be driving from Sedona to Las Vegas and wanted to kill some time before a late night flight. I was looking in to visiting the west rim. I have done the south rim before, many years ago. And I think that might be too far out of the way. Anyway, what's the deal with the…

Coming from LAs Vegas for a day trip - torn between West Rim and South Rim
And also if the West Rim does helicopter flights from West to the South or just giving a really good overview snapshot. I just likely have a day so it'll be hard to drive 4-5 hours one way, then walk around a bit, before heading back. And not sure if a bus tour is worth it???…

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Grand Canyon Skywalk for its unique engineering and breathtaking, once-in-a-lifetime views. The Hualapai people are often commended for their hospitality and pride in their culture. However, the high cost of admission is a recurring point of concern for many, with some finding it steep for the overall experience.
"The Hualapai Reservation with the Grand Canyon West is an amazing place.
The Hualapai people were amazingly accommodating and freely discussed their lifestyle with a pride that most Americans could learn from.
Our group of 4 adults did the Skywalk and Zipline across the canyon. We then enjoyed a tasty and relaxing (reasonably priced) lunch overlooking the Grand Canyon and Skybridge in air-conditioned comfort (the view was amazing). Even the large desert was tasty and enjoyable. After lunch there was plenty of time for the gift shop and then more exploring of the canyon rim. There's plenty of (and frequent ) busses for transportation to the next stop for more beautiful views. Then a final bus ride back to the parking lot.
Even though I have been several times previously, it's a trip you'll never forget."

"So amazing!!! To be walking on glass almost a mile over the Grand Canyon floor is amazing.
The only negative about visiting here and Guano Point was that it cost 100 dollars plus taxes a person. But worth doing it once.
The views are amazing and worth it. As I have recommended on the other stop, I would go in the late fall or early spring. It was so hot when we visited in the summer.
Staff is very kind. The shuttle comes every few mins so it’s very easy navigating around."

"This was an overall amazing experience.
There are 3 additional parks you can visit with the shuttle that goes around and we've had a lot of fun on all sites.
I couldn't find the pricing on their website so when I saw the $200 per person tag I was a little surprised."
