What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Palafox Market for its vibrant atmosphere, diverse local vendors offering crafts and produce, and its role as a community hub. While some note the lack of specific fruits like loquats, the general consensus is positive, highlighting the quality of handmade items and the enjoyable experience of supporting local businesses.
"Nice place. Unfortunately, in early may I didn't see any fruits or berries grown by local farmers at the farmers market.
Went there specifically because i was looking for a place where i could buy loquat fruits, which are ripening right now near houses in pensacola. But alas - I didn't find any. And there weren't even any blueberries, blackberries or strawberries at the market. Although all of that is ripening on farms in the area now.
It has lots of crafts, fresh-baked bread, smoothies, some food courts, honey from local producers and several flower stalls.
Wonderful fresh lettuce, arugula, fresh basil and other green salad leaves and herbs.
I want to warn you that parking around the market is need to be paid and by the app on your phone. However two cute old meeters are saved."

"Had a wonderful walk through the market, which was quite busy. There are so many beautiful hand made items and the choices are endless. The food was great and I purchased some very nice cold- kept Wild Ice Botanical skin care. Just started using it and I love it,👍"
