"Chill vibe, with great views. Location does have restrooms and a small restaurant that has no indoor seating. It does have a small dog park in the center of the grounds. We got some standard beers and a cocktails (pretty good taste). Prices were on the high end as expected, though not completely out of this world. Overall, I do recommend a visit for the views alone."

"Every city needs a Cira Green. This free public park is on top of a parking garage near the river. Clear signs point you to the elevator to the 11th floor. Soon you’ll be on the rooftop with seating and grassy areas to picnic. There are clean restrooms."

"Cira Green is an awesome parking garage top park, with a screen playing whatever’s on that they can play.
Something to prepare for is that the view is nice, but there’s generally several groups of people taking 30 minute to hour long photos shoots that really takes away from the experience of being there. Not much you can do about that.
Also another thing to note is that they do not have Apple TV. I wanted to watch a Phillies game that was on and instead they were playing a children’s softball tournament, when I asked about changing I was told that since the Phillies game was on Apple TV and they don’t have that, they couldn’t play it. You’d think it would be worth the $10/month."
