"Great little trail (1.3 miles) out and access at the back of the Pine Knoll NC Aquarium parking lot. During the fall and winter great opportunity to see marsh land fowl, if you are patient. Nice benches along the trail to sit and observe. It also has great views of Bogue Sound."
