"Run for your life! I have never had a worse experience at any casino ever! I was just passing through on my way back from Foxwoods when I saw this casino and decided to stop by. $1000 gone with $5 bets without getting a single feature. Not one free spin, not one bonus game, not even a single win higher than $16. I play casinos all up and down the east coast and this is the biggest scam casino ever. I should have been tipped off by how angry everyone seemed. I’ve never seen so many old ladies cursing at the machine they were playing. On top of that the machines are seriously filthy, the screens are so deteriorated it’s hard to see some reels, and there are distracting advertisements for gambling addiction programs on some machines.
The main game I played I play at every casino I go to, it’s my favorite, and usually you get some little feature every hundred dollars or so, this one, $1000 and nothing.
I also just wanted a simple bottle of water to drink while I was gambling and there was nothing to be found. They have a sign that says “drink station” but the drinks have been removed and replaced with slot machines that look like they are from 1980. The only drinks that seem to be available are alcoholic. The carpet smells like urine in some areas.
For context, I spent all day yesterday at Foxwoods playing the same games on that same amount of money that only lasted 30 minutes at this scam of a casino."

The food is good, but I was surprised they only had one person working the cashiers booth. It's like they want you to use the automated cash out machines, but there's no signage to direct you to them. "We always have an issue at this casino. My wife won $68 on a slot machine then it only paid her out $34. We waited over 30 minutes for assistance. I was screwed before when I played the digital roulette machine. I hit a number straight up and then my station went into an error. Then the casino said they don’t see any record of my last bet. If you’re looking to throw away money, just send it to me. At least I’ll say thank you. It’s unfortunate because Plainridge is close to our home, but we always leave disappointed."
