Spacious, well designed, large parking area at entrance, walkways, Location smart boards,playground/ equipment for children, clean toilets, food carts ( though expensive).
Have famous brands of apparel, shoes, jewellery,sports,toys and accessories and other luxury items (Polo Ralph Lauren, Tomy Hilfiger, Nike,Nautica,Calvin Klein, Sketchers,Old Navy, etc) and unfamiliar brands are available.
No rush. Not much discount at stores, as may be expected by the aspirant visitors.Staff generally helpful.
Food options are limited.No Starbucks available ( however, Aroma Joe's Coffee is there). Food Carts are looting the public with lesser/ inferior stuff.
A good place to visit while going to Boston or Providence or on a leisure shopping ( Ideal location)."

"I’ve been coming to the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets for years with my family, and we’ve always enjoyed the shopping and the atmosphere. But what truly inspired me to write this five-star review is the exceptional guest service from Peter.
The guest services area was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated for the holidays, but what made it genuinely warm was Peter’s hospitality. He has been with the company for over 10 years, and it absolutely shows. He greeted everyone with kindness, patience, and a cheerful smile. He thoughtfully answered questions, helped guide visitors, and even served hot chocolate to guests, taking time with each person and making everyone feel welcome.
We were there with our kids, and Peter even gave them small toys, little puzzle crayons, which absolutely made their day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and just another example of how much he cares about creating a great experience for every guest.
It was wonderful chatting with him, and it was clear that he treated every guest with the same warmth and respect. Peter’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made our visit even more enjoyable, and he truly deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides.
