"There happened to be some type of rally the day we were at the International Flag Plaza and the weather was cold and windy. There was plenty of parking along the walkway. Once we parked, we headed to the plaza which is under the Blue Water Bridge and across from Thomas Edison Depot Museum. The first thing you notice are the two large flags in the center of the plaza representing the United States and Canada. There were many statues/signs at the plaza honoring:
1. Storm of 1913
2. Tuskegee Airmen
3. Blue Water Maiden
4. The "John S. Martin"
5. Honoring Native Americans of Turtle Island
If you get an opportunity it would be very educational to stop and read plaques at the plaza."
