"is a beautiful riverside park that offers peaceful views of the St. Clair River and passing freighters. It’s clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with walking paths, picnic areas, and plenty of benches along the waterfront. The park has a playground, pavilions for gatherings, and large grassy areas perfect for relaxing or tossing a frisbee. It’s also a favorite spot for photographers and ship-watchers thanks to its clear views of the Blue Water Bridge. Parking is free and plentiful, and washrooms are available and kept in good condition. A calm, scenic park that’s ideal for a stroll, picnic, or quiet afternoon by the river."

"After visiting Thomas Edison's Depot Museum, we headed over to Pine Grove Park and the Huron Lightship.

We arrived at the park and found a parking space and the first thing we noticed was the view.. WOW ! Very nice. When we got out of our vehicle directly in front of us was a chess table. Then there was the Huron Lightship and looking beyond was the Blue Water Bridge.

Then there was this huge boulder 🪨 to our left, so we stopped there to read the plaque. The plaque was to honor Thomas Edison's childhood in the area.

As we headed towards the Huron Lightship, a lady sitting at a picnic table was feeding a seagull.

And last was the unique stairs with beautiful bright flowers as you headed down to the Lightship."
