"Visited the preserve on an April afternoon with my furbaby. It had been several years since I first went and very happy to see the additional amenities now there. Thanks to the late Dr. Wilkerson for having the vision to have her homestead be a sanctuary in the middle of very urban area. Beautiful green spaces, pond, gardens, trails, wildlife, education center and friendly staff. Time well spent getting away from the noise and in nature."
