"We had the most amazing experience here. They were great from the time we arrived until the time we left. David was exceptional, and made out poolside experience one for the books. It was my son's 6th birthday snd he got him and my 2 year old smoothies to celebrate
He also made sure our cabana was close to the waterside so we could keep an eye on my son, who was constantly going down them. Carlos was great at for service at the pool and the other carlos was great for breakfast service. I didn't catch the dinner servers name at the Firestone lounge on Saturday, but she made my 2 year old comfortable by putting 2 of their chairs together and making a "bed" when he fell asleep at the table. The guy working the arcade bar both nights was another amazing person who's name i cant remember. He was very patient and attentive when my kids were being loud and messy. Overall I cant think of anything negative to say, it was outstanding. I would give it 10 stars if I could. My 6 year old is so autistic and he was the best version of himself all weekend. I have never been so happy with him and how he was behaving on any other trip. Also, the lifeguards hard to step in and help both when I wasnt close enough to do something. This is one for the books by far 🧡"

"We showed up at 230 and as expected, tim wasn't ready. No problem. Checked at 4, still not ready. Checked at 430, not ready. Turns out, there was an electrical problem and they were waiting on maintenance.
At 510, manager on duty explained situation, have us another room and took $10 a day off resort fee.
Personally, I don't think that's covered the situation since the room was prepaid. Haven't seen the credit card statement.

"Our first impression when we got there was pretty terrible. It was Father's day and the pool was filled with people that appeared not to be resort guests. They had brought in large personal coolers, radios, food, and threw beer cans all over the pool area. The gates were left open so people could freely walk in and out. The staff didn't seem to mind. The deck and cloudy water looked so filthy that we decided not to swim and went to the adult pool where there were at least less beer cans in the skimmer and on the deck than in the family pool. The next day however, it was clean, quiet, and appeared to be back to resort guests only at the pools. The rec room had some issues with broken machines and the slides opened late, but overall the rest of the stay was pretty pleasant so I was glad I didn't have the urge to demand a refund at the front desk for false advertisement anymore. Day 1 of our stay I would've given this resort -3 stars and Day 2&3 I would give it 4. The rooms were nice and the resort ground were well-maintained. Staff was courteous and friendly."
