"Absolutely amazing place. The resort is huge and beautiful with tons of parking. I stayed here for work and the rooms were very comfortable. The service was excellent, the casino bustling, and the gym is huge with a sauna and other great amenities. The rates are reasonable for what you get. Definitely recommend staying here and I’ll personally be coming back next time I’m in Reno."

Our Tuscany room was kinda dated, and needs a good renovation, but the bed was very very comfortable.

"My experience was horrible. It started with check in with the staff member stating they would be back quickly but he was gone for extended period, causing me having to staff in pain.
The morning bellman staff were rude and unorganized. I turned in my laundry and was told to come back as early as 3pm. I came back at 10pm. They never did my laundry. I had no proper clothes for my present.
The hotel was just gross. The smoking was just disgusting. It triggered upper respiratory issues all week. I ended up sick by the end.
The spa looks nice but the staff are unorganized and unprofessional. There was a male in the women’s locker room chatting with another staff member. I walked out to the desk in the locker room after I was given the wrong robe and was startled by a man in the women’s locker room. The services were lackluster.
There were issues splitting checks at the restaurants. The cafe food tasked stale.
There were no comfortable places to seat and chat. This is an awful location for a conference."
