"This is a really nice park to visit all year round. It’s well maintained and not crowded on weekdays. Weekends are a little more crowded so we only go there on weekdays. There are plenty of trails to explore. We enjoy walking on the dirt trails along the bay or through the trees.
The fishing pier is very popular. We’ve never gone fishing there, but have seen people catching fish there. Great views of both Mount Tam and Mt. Diablo. There are also picnic areas with barbecue pits.
Highly recommend for hiking or just a casual walk in the park.
There are 2 parking areas in the park with plenty of spaces."

Erica Irizarry

"I have a poor sense of direction so GPS has to guide me to the same places over and over and over again. I have to be careful to make sure I input accurate addresses…sometimes I end up somewhere I didn’t intend to be. Usually it’s because of a mistake on my part."
