"I always knew about the trails and lakes at Durand Eastman Park but all I have to say is wow. I'm big on fishing and I was there last week for the first time in years and it is beautiful. The water is clear and out of the multiple little lakes that are there each one has multiple different areas where the fish like to hide out and relax.
I am glad my irondiquoit raised wife showed me this spot. Very relaxing and chill. I'm dreaming of the time I go back...definitely on Monday or Tues 10-13 or 10-14.
The beach is also great now that its back in action. I am addicted to this area of irondiqoit now."
