What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Andrew's Point for its stunning natural beauty, including scenic lookouts, unique blue quartz formations, and excellent birdwatching opportunities. It's a cherished public space, despite some misleading private property signs. The limited parking is a common drawback, but the overall experience is highly positive for exploration and relaxation.
"My partner really wanted to bring me here. Apparently, this place has beautiful natural blue quartz along with the beautiful scenery. The waves were beautiful, birds were all around and there were beautiful veins of quartz if you looked close enough. Great place to discover and explore. We saw people fishing and picnicking as well. We just explored a little and then sat to enjoy the ocean and breeze. I found a ladybug right on some of the quartz."
MJ Moua
"Awesome little place for birdwatching. It's just an area of rocky coastline with very limited parking for two cars at the end of Point de Chene Ave, which is also where you can enter the public area."
Jeffrey Letourneau
"Awesome views, great place to walk the shores and hangout on the rocks. Public access since the 1800s, keep it that way.
Edit: Also, there are private property signs posted but they can actually be ignored, this is not private property. Posting such signs should be illegal to be honest."
