i only visited a few times 2018 after mental health 4-5 day stay when on my first meal of scrambled eggs type freshly made on hot grill surface it had mixed in cleaning chemicals or similar to WD40 with food that was noticeable in taste and likely needing two months of jogging three times a week by me to neutralize or get out of my body or to metabolize ... if it did not contain for ever chemicals in contamination hidden as a thoughtfull detail to clenliness where it was done right in front of me watching as it happened, bringing my attention to activity.. like special for you made cooking surface clean from spray bottle having water and other chemicals ... the cooking of food in the same small area later and given to me to eat after paying... in 2018 ...

now in 2025 i am happy I was NOT given the job in 2019 that I so badly wanted then...
i could not have handled it mentaly many of the normal ongoings of existance ... in Roseburg OR ... and in perticular to VA campus the largest employer in area ..."

"They cancel regularly times and push back date appointment. The check in is the worst I've encountered in 20+ years at 3 different states and multible VA medical facilities. This is usually bc attitude is trickle down from management. I've been there for DOD civilian job. And that's what happened to me. Don't b rude to the veterans checking in. We fought for your butt to be in that chair. My PCP seems to be nice and polite with brains and efficient. Most of the other encounters at urgent care and specialty care on sight is pretty good. Minimal attitude or none at all. I hope main check in, by urgent care, has a change of heart confronting vets, at least me on several occasions."
