"Beautiful day for the Beach!
It's a really nice park and wasn't overcrowded on Thursday early evening. We didn't swim because we stopped spontaneously and didn't have swimsuits, but there were a few people in the water. There are some picnic tables. We brought chairs. There were a lot of full grown trees so good spots for shade or direct sun.
The path from the parking lot to the water is kind of steep, so might be challenging for people with mobility issues. Overall I recommend checking it out!"

"It was a great beach area for kids and adults to swim. Went on a holiday weekend, and they had a boat parade. Pretty awesome experience! They had grills, public bathrooms, picnic tables and a little shower place to rinse after you're done on the lake. Nice trails to walk on and fishing areas."
