"I grew up in this church, the old play room we used is now a warming shelter I work at, 27 years later. Few Chruch welcome all, but First Presbyterian on Chemeketa does. Anyone who walks through those are warming welcomed & respected. If you have felt uncomfortable at other churches, this is for you, for all."

The church is very accommodating the room is nice and large and we enjoy having our meetings here come the fourth Thursday of every month if you're a diabetic or if you know of diabetic bring them with you for Thursday 7 p.m. diabetes support Services has its meeting at first Presbyterian Church 770 Chemeketa. See you there I'm the registrar."
