Walking through the mill gave me a chance to appreciate all the woven things we take for granted. And it was so cool to see how it all depended on water flowing through the canal and making a giant shaft turn.
Perhaps we went on a slow day, but it seemed rather empty for having so much to offer. The café had guests and smelled amazing. The food I mean, though I'm sure the guests smelled nice, too.
