"I'm officially declaring the Riverwalk a bio-hazard area. Between the goose poop, dog do and human excrement, it's like walking through a mine field. It's embarrassing and I would never bring a visitor to see this area. No parent should bring a child there until a major clean up occurs. So close to the hospital, a nursing home, the library and downtown center, it's amazing the city is so slack in keeping the walkway clean. Ya gotta remove the homeless living under the bridges as well. Do better elected officials and municipal workers!"

"The City of Salisbury has some nerve, charging people to park anywhere near this mess. Dirt and garbage, poop everywhere, unfortunate individuals lingering about. Even my pit bull was disgusted and I will never bring her back here for a walk again. All the kerfuffle over downtown development plans, and yet the place is in need of a major cleanup. Who would want to come to such a place to relax, or spend their hard earned money? I feel sorry for anyone who has to pass through the area to get to work. Do better, Salisbury."
