"I signed up for a free trial but quickly realized it didn’t work well with my laptop, so I canceled it within 10 minutes. I did some research and decided I didn’t need the product at all, so I acted fast to cancel. However, since then, they have tried to take money from my account more than six times, but each attempt has failed. It’s frustrating that they’re trying to charge me for something I canceled before even using. There’s no phone number to call for help, and my email to the address listed in my account hasn’t been answered. At this point, I might have to get a new credit card because it feels like I’m dealing with a scam. Come on, Adobe, do better!"

"Solid apps with solid updates. I haven't had any issues with services or billings at all. I like that all the apps work together seamlessly. I've had a subscription to Creative Cloud for years. It's a monthly investment that can eat up your wallet, but the peace of mind that you'll always get updates for big fixes, new features, and whatever else pretty much guarantees you won't have any creative interruptions. I'm still on the fence on the new AI features but hell, they've been major time savers so far 😂."
