"I really enjoyed it, but it took me about an hour to actually start playing well.
I was here for the first time, and for two people 1.5 hours wasn’t enough. At reception, they didn’t allow us to extend the time. But the waiter was really nice — he asked the manager, and it was possible to extend for another 30 minutes or even more. That was actually good for us, as our hands were already hurting. The food was tasty, and the strawberry lemonade was great. Nice place. I recommend reserving in advance."

"Fun fun fun where you have a free bean toss game as well as Top Golf games that are very high tech. There are many many cameras that track each golf ball you hit. It’s a great place and you can order food and drinks. I did not like the nachos or food much. Tater tots were good though. The nacho avocado sauce was more a mayo and not real avocado, and the toppings for the nachos were not good or fresh. You are coming here for the experience and not the food so I would recommend you eat somewhere else before or after. Staff are lots of fun and nice. They provide golf clubs and you can bring your own."

"We had a very disappointing experience at Top Golf Schaumburg, specifically due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager Ryan.
Our group had 12 people, and since Top Golf follows a fire-department rule of maximum 8 people per bay, we politely requested two bays next to each other so we could still enjoy the night together. Bays 109 and 110 were both open and right next to each other, which would have been perfect.
Instead, we were given 110 and 111, which are separated by golf club stands, making it impossible for our group to sit or interact together. When we politely asked manager Ryan if we could simply be moved one bay over so we could be next to each other, he refused without any reasonable explanation and simply said “no.”
This was absolutely unacceptable—especially when the solution was extremely simple and the bays we needed were available. His dismissive attitude and lack of customer service completely ruined what should have been a fun outing.
I hope Top Golf addresses this kind of unprofessional management behavior."
