What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Troon North Golf Club for its stunning desert scenery and impeccably maintained courses, particularly the Monument and Pinnacle layouts. The challenging yet fair play and the integration of natural beauty into each hole are frequently highlighted as major draws. However, some guests have experienced issues with the pace of play and service, with rounds sometimes exceeding five hours due to large groups or lack of course management.
"What an incredible experience! The course was in amazing condition and all of staff were extremely friendly. Please do yourself a favor and book a tee time when youre in town."

"Troon North is desert golf at its finest. The Monument and Pinnacle courses showcase stunning red-rock scenery and pristine fairways that demand accuracy but reward smart play. Both courses feel challenging but fair, and the pace of play is usually smooth. What makes it stand out is the way it blends natural desert beauty into every hole—you’re not just playing golf, you’re experiencing Arizona’s landscape. It’s the kind of course where you don’t mind snapping a few photos mid-round because the views are just that memorable."
Cole Nisson
"The views and the course are great. The service and pace have been brutal. I’m posting this sitting on hole 16. We made the turn in 1:57. Got to 10 and we have been sitting 3 groups deep this entire back 9. I called the pro shop at 5:15 and I was told they are closed for the night. No ranger, no nothing just waiting 15-20 min per hole to tee off. Absolutely absurd. Cart girl at 4:30 said it would be the last time we see her as she was done for the night. Not a good experience at all."
