"Great experience. I took the Sounder up to Seattle for a ride on the Coast Starlight.
The staff were super helpful and friendly. If you need assistance boarding, Amtrak provides a seating area for that. They let you the platform on through the door in the waiting area. You won’t need to stand in line and walk a long way."

"This station was just okay. The walls and ceiling is beautiful with updated tech for updated train times but that is where the newness ends. There was no person we could talk to to help with our questions and the only food available was legit one dude at a stand with your yourself coffee, small muffins and a bananas.
The bathrooms were rough and the lights were literally taped up to hold them up and plugged in with an extension chord. I’ve attached pictures. Seating was hard to come by the closer in time you got to your connection so definitely get here yearly and grab a spot to sit."
