"The main South side beach in Sheboygan. Has a very nice rentable building for events but it is booked up all year long. There are free showers and restrooms. There are lots of playground equipment for kids to play with. They have grills and picnic tables. And the beach is beautiful. The sand is clean and soft.. If you are visiting Sheboygan, I highly recommend visiting this place."

The walk from your vehicle to the beach is short and easy. The bathroom pavilion is nice and there is a shower to rinse the sand right there.
There’s a shaded park close to the beach- so when our kids would get tired of swimming - we could keep our beach spot and jump between beach and park. So convenient!
The water is nice and shallow. Compared to other beaches- this one doesn’t seem to get the seasonal algae that can be smelly and inconvenient to swim in.
Overall a clean family friendly beach.
Also, it feels safer with little kids- compared to Deland- because there’s less sidewalk and driving traffic.
