What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
LaunchPAD Children's Museum is a hit with families for its engaging, hands-on exhibits that foster imaginative play and learning. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the museum's ability to manage sound effectively. However, some concerns have been raised about supervision, the open layout, and the cost of on-site food.
"Felt chaotic and we ended up leaving because it was becoming over ran by teenagers. There were lots of cool things but this was our first time and there wasn’t really an explanation or where you could find the water bibs, etc. more fend for yourself. Also saw inappropriate things written in the window paint on the tree house and the tiny city. Very concerning see that. No real oversight or system to keep track of kids. Your child could easily leave with someone and no one would know. I wish there was a check-in/out situation."

"Very cool place for children and their families. Friendly and amazing staff at the launchpad made me and my family feel welcomed. We really love the variety of play areas made available for our kids. Had my son’s 2nd birthday party here and the space offered was perfect for my guests. The staff cleaned my room after the party was over and gave us privacy. I loved that and would recommend this place for little ones to play and have fun"

"Great place for the kids. Your senses will be catered to and the kids amazed at some of the clever ways things work. You will lose track of time so make sure you set analarm if you have to be somewhere. The food and snacks are on the higher side but there is an eating area so pack a lunch. They offer birthday packages too!"
