"I couldn’t give 0 stars but I would!! They are cheats. These apartments have a lot of mold!! Some of which have put people in the hospital!! Did they do anything about it? NO! They charge for pest control as do all apartments and in the year I was there not once did I see them come by. When I moved in there was raid foggers left everywhere. Car got broken into twice, sons bike was stolen, have had other things stolen. Maintenance is lazy. Sinks and tubs back up. They try to cheat you out of your money. Raise prices consistently. Stairs to several apartments breaking. Weed smoking everywhere. One woman had mold so bad it affected all her furniture and she had to replace everything, they took out the carpet and instead of getting the mold cleared out they just covered it with different carpet!! There has been weird people wandering in and flashing genitalia at kids. Everyone I talked to around there who was decent are all looking for a way out of that place. I stayed sick because of the mold. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
