What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pine Lake Beach is praised as a peaceful, free community gem with clear waters and pleasant walking trails, ideal for families and budget travelers. Some visitors note that cleanliness can be an issue, with occasional concerns about litter and pet waste, detracting slightly from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere.
"The view is normal, the air good but i just feel relax if it is kept cleaner 😭 . maybe some people take the dogs 🐕 for a walk but they did not pick the dog poop"

"Lovely place. Metro Atlanta has so many lovely spots in surprising locations. This one is close to Stone Mountain. Ever controversial but I’m unbothered by all that. You can’t keep me away from a beach! The lake is small and has no surf but it’s quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait for the Spring bloom. There are sheep roaming to chew the overgrowth! So we couldn’t walk all the way around."

"I moved to Stone Mountain just this year and had no idea this Lake was right up the street. This place is a hidden gem with an amazing view. A proper beach with swimming and a club house. Walking/riding trails and areas for fishing. There’s even an accessible playground alongside the beach for the kiddos.
I attended PineLake Fest and hope to be able to attend more events here as well as visit on my own."
