"I really liked this park. It has a nice concrete path around the lake. It is wide enough for two people to walk or run comfortably. There are quite a few benches in the park, many of which are always in the shade, even in the middle of a sunny day. There is also a playground, public toilets, and several parking lots."

The lake has a large quantity of waterfowl and lily pads around the edges. Fishing appears to be permitted. On the weekday evening I visited, there was a good mix of families, dog walkers, singles, elderly couples, etc. Visit the trails through the wetlands at the back of the park that includes a secluded, narrow elevated boardwalk."
