Northrop YF-17 Cobra at the Western Museum of Flight in Torrance, California. The YF-17 was a prototype in the USAF’s Lightweight Fighter (LWF) program, but lost out to the F-16 Fighting Falcon. However, it was redesigned by McDonnell Douglas for the Navy as the F/A-18 Hornet.
This museum has the literal YF-23 sitting RIGHT behind where the camera took this photo, btw. Great little museum, a docent once casually dropped that they were one of the lead mechanical designers on the XB-70 back in the day like it was no big deal.

So apparently there are only 2 examples of the YF-23 Prototype stealth fighter. One is at a museum in Torrance, CA called the Western Museum of Flight. It's $5 for entry. I suggest seeing it.
Been there. There’s also the YF-17. Edit: you need to ask the people in there to drive you to see the area with the YF-23, YF-17, F-14 and a F-5.

The $10 donation for admittance was well worth it. There was also an F5, A4, etc.
The museum is inside of two large aircraft hangars and you could easily spend about an hour walking through and taking photos.
The other reviews mention the locked gate, but forget to mention that the staff buzz you in right away, it’s no inconvenience at all. It makes sense given it’s inside of an airport."
