"Had a Great Time here looking at the Louis Zamperini memorabilia from WW2 and multiple Olympic Games. There is a porch area with seating and table outside a door you can watch the airplanes takeoff or land on the runway with a porch speaker announcing live Ground/Tower radio/Aircraft Radio which is a bit muffled. You don’t need to be a pilot to walk through here but just respectfully quiet while walking through here as there can pilots planning their flight plans out.

We did not regret it, you get to fly over LA and see all of the sights, then you fly over the ocean and the whole time you feel the exhilaration of being in the air and they let you take over for a little while too!
