What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests rave about Hotel Congress's historic charm, vibrant atmosphere, and prime downtown location. The live music venues and Cup Cafe are frequent highlights, though some note that room bathrooms can be small and noise from the club can be an issue for light sleepers.
"Great lunch and the patio is nice and shaded. Good beer selection, great service. Have been there several times (they have great breakfast) but a 1st for my 2 colleagues who were also happy. One had the mango custard and it disappeared quickly."
Gina Trussell
"This is the last of the original hotels in downtown Tucson, with original "Old West" charm and features. The central location is perfect for tourists and other visitors alike. The various bars are great fun and popular with locals. The breakfast us fabulous! Various bars and events are common, and really the only downside to the Congress is that you can sometimes hear the music in your room. Nevertheless we love staying at the Congress when we visit Tucson."
David Wilkie
"I came here for a concert. The staff was great, the room was nice and the whole property had a lot of character. Great vibe. Nice bar."
