Thoughts on Cheyenne Park/The Heights neighborhoods?
Looking to buy. Currently working downtown and very intrigued by such a short commute. I've driven through many times and walked through a few times. Seems like a lovely place to live, but when I bring it up to family and friends there are always gasps that it's north of first…
Thinking about moving to Tulsa.

Whats it like living north of downtown?
Was looking around areas like Brady heights university park and just north of there. It seems like it would be great for access to downtown. My only concerns are lack of stores and potential to be shot. am i missing anything else? are those real concerns in that area?
